How are pages and documents counted?
Each file you upload counts as one document. The number of pages in that file counts against your monthly page limit. For example, if you upload a 300-page PDF on the Pro plan (3,000 pages/month), you'll have 2,700 pages remaining that month.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
You'll be notified when you're approaching your limit. Once reached, you cannot upload new documents until your quota resets next month. Your previous analyses remain accessible. You can upgrade your plan anytime to increase your limits immediately.
What's the maximum file size I can upload?
The maximum depends on your plan:
- Free: 50 pages per file
- Starter: 300 pages per file
- Pro: 500 pages per file
If your file exceeds these limits, you'll see an error message. You can split larger files and upload them separately.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan anytime:
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately and you'll get instant access to all new features and higher limits.
- Downgrades: Take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you'll keep your premium features until then.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods via Flutterwave including bank transfers, debit/credit cards, USSD, and mobile money. Both Nigerian Naira (NGN) and US Dollars (USD) are supported.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Our Free plan lets you try Intellisum with 100 pages per month (up to 2 documents). You get basic summaries and saved conversations. Upgrade to Starter or Pro anytime to unlock more pages and advanced features like deep summaries, red flags, and document comparison.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
When you choose yearly billing, you save 2 months worth of subscription costs (essentially getting 12 months for the price of 10). The yearly plan is paid upfront and provides the same features as monthly, just at a better rate.
