4. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer Free, Starter, and Pro subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree that:

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Paystack)
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law
We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

Documents you upload are processed by our AI systems to provide analysis. We do not claim ownership of your documents. Document processing is subject to our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

7. AI-Generated Content

The summaries, analyses, and insights provided by Intellisum are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should not be considered as professional legal, financial, or medical advice. You should verify important information independently.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded documents), is owned by AOA Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AOA Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies.

11. Termination
